Before Wash:

• Unfold the linens.
• Wash separately to reduce wrinkles and pilling.
• A mild odor from eco-packaging will disappear after the first warm wash.

During Wash:

• Use mild detergent and fabric softener in the dispenser.
• Wash at 60°C (140°F) on a gentle cycle.
• Avoid bleach to preserve color.
• Tumble dry on low heat.

After Wash:

• Remove promptly from the washer/dryer to minimize wrinkles.
• Steam iron if desired for a smooth, crisp finish.

Orders ship within 1–2 days after payment approval.
• Delivery takes 3–5 days in transit.
• You’ll typically receive your order within 5–7 days of payment.

Easy Return Process:

1. Email us at customercare@pizunalinens.comwith your order details.
2. Share a photo of the product, barcode on the packaging, and any relevant issues.
3. We will email you a prepaid return label to send the item back.
4. Once the item is received at our facility in sellable condition, we’ll process your refund or replacement.

Return Condition:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• A valid order ID from Pizuna or an authorized marketplace is required.
• Return items must be in original packaging and unused, sellable condition.
• You must share a photo of the product, barcode, courier receipt, and tracking number when initiating the return.
